Did you try the clean head function and examinte the test result. Sometimes the inks will stick on the connnection pad inside the printer. If this happens, you have to take out the cartrige and clean the contacts on the pcb. Try other ink cartrige and see if the problems stick to one ink cartrige or caused by hardware failure on printer.
If you brought new Lexmark cartridges please change it as it comes with one year warranty but before try to perform a self test, (i.e make a copy) if it works then try printing , if get the error then change the cart.........................
hi you change your cartriges genuien if properly setup your cartriegs then install your driver & if show your printer then test your print page. not on or off your printer it is cartriegs problem. best of luck jimmmmmmmmmmmm.
I would first contact Stylus website view the troubleshooting remarks. I probable says to uninstall the software dirty disk or 15 other things its a process of elimination like humm? how things could keep a car from starting.
