- USB connection from phone to PC does not transfer pictures. The Motorola software for the purpose is terrible, causes problems with the PC and does not resolve anything. The vendor is helpless. PC XP / phone Motorola Z3 / country: Brazil

Are you using a bluetooth connection between the PC and phone or a USB-cable connection?
