Question about Brother Office Equipment & Supplies
I've just fixed mine. The print head needed cleaning. Press the 'Ink Management' button, scroll down to 'cleaning' then select 'black'. I needed to do mine 3 times before it became perfect but it worked for me.

Click on the START button on the task bar, go to Control Panel, look for the printers icon and click that. A window will pop-up with a list of installed printers. Find the icon for your brother mfc235c, click on that, and in there you can change all of your print settings. Example: Print in Color or Grayscale.
