Question about HP PSC 1210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have a HP 1210 psc. It currently says that is is out of paper and it therefore will not print. I have since added more paper but it still says their isnt any. And it obviously works b/c I can scan stuff. how do I change the setting so it recognizes the paper?
The solution to this is bizarre but worked for me.
In Vista press the windows key and R button. The Run window opens and in the run window type services.msc and then press Enter.
2. Locate Print spooler from the Services window which opened in the previous step.
3. Right click on it and select Restart.
Your printer will print a self-test page but then should be good to go.

Online support from the HP website was all I needed. they were great, it was an involved process that i wouldnt have figured out myself
