Those error codes don't really mean very much to the general consumer, but blue screens of deaths are caused by bad RAM memory in your computer, not viruses. I'm going to take a guess that your computer is either several years old and/or it constantly get quite warm? Heat can shorten the life of computer components by quite a bit. You may need to get one of your RAM cards replaced to solve this issue.

There's a free program called Memtest86 that you can run to determine if this is the case. It will scan all your memory and look for bad sectors. You can download it here: http://www.memtest86.com/ and burn it to a CD. What it does is create a bootable CD that will execute the program as the computer turns on to scan all the memory. There are full instructions on their website. The process can take an hour or two depending on how much memory your computer has, and if it turns up any bad sectors then you know what your problem is.

A computer can run with bad sectors in the memory, but it makes it unstable that it will keep bluescreening, so if you have bad sectors in your memory it might be better just to replace the RAM. Luckily, this isn't too expensive. For instance, if your computer has 4GB of memory, it probably has 2 2GB RAM cards installed. You can get a 2GB replacement notebook memory for, I'd say $30 or $40. Installing RAM is very simple, and if you're willing to install it yourself, it won't cost you more than that.

How do I recover files after attacked by dulla virus?

use this file recovery program named asoftech data recovery to scan your computer and then recover your files.
http://www.asoftech.com/adr/
This software scans all storage space and then join pieces together to recover files. So even virus affected your file table, and put virus to boot sector, the program can still be used to recover your files.

Computer will not turn on to windows has an error that says file driver is corrupt or missing

One of these might apply:
  1. Your system caught a virus that corrupted the HDD, in which case you will need to take it to a place for repair and virus removal. You might have to pay a bit more if you want your data recovered, but otherwise your system can be re-installed to factory settings.
  2. Your HDD reached its life span and it is time for a new one. If you know how to replace it, then, do so and re-install the OS.
  3. Such message is tipical of early versions of Win XP and Win9x systems. Are you running either one?

I have notebook Compaq 6715b with Windows XP (no SP2). Sound doesnt work. drivers from HP official site not working

Hello,

trust me, the fault is from the win xp SP2. I am saying this with confidence and out of experience. Except if the audio drivers you downloaded is for win vista.

While running the Win xp, some files make have skipped/not installed which is making the sound not to work. Or maybe you have initially installed a wrong audio driver.

To solve this problem. you have to re-run the win xp, if possible, use another xp Cd, maybe not Sp2.

After installation, let the audio driver be the fist thing you install.

Take care.

Installing WIN XP SP2 in aToshiba Satellite A205-S7459 Vista original

you need to go at www.Toshiba.com and get a special driver. You need to check under support and drivers for your model.

What you do is you get the driver (depends if you a floppy otherwise burn the drive on a cd)

From Bios make the computer boot the computer from CD/DVD rom and then you need to pay attention when on the bottom of the screen it will say hit f6 if you have to install the special driver and then you can continue installation of windows.

System file is "missing or corrupt"

You MUST use the installation bootup disk to install windows it is the only way........... NOT THE RECOVERY DISK this is a MUST. Allow it to go through the motion of installing Windows until it cannot go any further. Then press the "R" key for the console. When in the DOS screen TYPE ... chkdsk /p Windows will repair itself and then you will recover all your data it should be back to normal.
