If you replace the SIM card with a different one, then the phone will not ask for the PUK anymore.

usually an 8-digit code. This PUK code should have been provided to
you when you purchased your SIM card. Some has the PIN-PUK code printed
in the card body of the SIM card, while some attach it as a separate
print out. Should your operator failed to provide this PIN-PUK code to
you, you would have to get it from your operator. Try calling
their customer service. Just like the PIN, the operator as well could

Enter Pin code of ur wish, u just need to block the sim so that ur phone asks u PUK code. i guess pin code tries are abt 5-7 times. So it will say Sim card Blocked Enter PUK code. Now call to customer care from other number of same newtork provider & ask then ur PUK code. they will ask u a 16 digit code, which is printed on ur sim card. after u provide 16 digit code to customer code, they will provide u ur PUK code, Enter the PUK code given & now enter ur New pin code. This is quite lenghty process but 110% working. If u like my post, please rate me up, i really need some good ratings.. Thanks.
If you have lost your pin then you can enter the pin 3 times, util the
PUK lock appears. Then you unlock the PUK calling the phone company
that provided the SIM card inside your phone (eg Vodafone, Telecom,
Tmobile, Orange, AT&T etc.).
Calling the phone company is
the standard procedure to unlock a SIM card, however, if you do not
want to call the company you can just replace the SIM card with one
compatible with the phone, as PIN and PUK codes are related to SIM, and
not to the phone.
If it is a pin lock not a security lock phone up your mobile provider they can give you a puk code then enter your pin wrong 3 times then it will ask you for a puk code then put the puk code that network gave you and then ya can reset your pin.if your on o2 you can get the puk code on line
