(a pseudo alert windows tha apear in front of your explorer, and you can't close explorer until you have closed the recuring windows, ? and it goes on a site that pretend to scan your cpu for viruses ) if that's it.
unzip, copy to c:, reboot in safe mode
launch fraudfix (long process long reboot ((30min)))
they go on the net download
it has an option to remove administration restrictions by a click
