Hi I need my prestige frige to stay at low level controle every day I set the level controle to low level but when the electricity or power go of and comeback the level controle automatically change to high level and every thing in the refrigerator like vegetable freezing so please tell me how can I fix this problem and a lot of thanks I hope to heare from you as soon as you can

I believe it's the thermostat

If the freon level is ok, you have an electrical problem somewhere. The system will not activate because the control module "thinks" the freon level is low or because of another problem. It could be the module too.
You'll need a shop manual to get the test procedures for climate control ac to check the components and circuits.

I am not sure about the make, model and Operating System of your Laptop. But there will be some Power Schemes which controls these.
In Windows XP Right Click on desktop > Properties > Screensaver tab> Power Settings. Try changing the settings there, it might help.

These machines need basically 3 things, good ventilation, level ground, and a heat source that is pretty dang close to design. Make sure the venting is clear, the heat is up to par and the ice box is level. If all of that is good their is no way to put gauges on the system but their is a way to see if there is a blockage of flow. Both the boiler and absorber must feel warm. If either feels hot as heck and other barely warm you have a low charge. Nothing you can do will fix this. So be sure before ringing for service:
LEVEL
AIR FLOW (ventilation)
HEAT

Turn the refrigerator temp control down try factory setting, usually c on frige and 3 on freezer control. The cold air circulating from the freezer enters at the top of the frige therefor it is usually colder.

the door leveling is controlled by the front legs on the bottom of the frige. make sure the frige is level first.

It depends on your setting.

Set the fridge higher and reduce the freezer or viceversa.

the fridge side light bulb may be staying on,check door light switch

is the refrigerator section is freezing up
