Alpine IVA-D310 will not eject CD. If you push eject button you hear the machine trying to eject CD, but nothing happens. The display says eject malfunction.

If you are comfortable with taking the unit out and taking the back off of it, you can access the CD that is stuck. If you are not comfortable in doing this, then I would recommend taking it to an electronics shop where they can work on it.

Is there anyway i can bypass the e brake on the dual xdvdn9131 so my kids can watch t.v on road trips

Ground the parking brake wire and put an on/off switch between the head unit and the ground. You have to have a switch on this model because you must apply the the brake, disengage, then apply again for the video to begin working. Make sure your audio is good quality, because if you play the XDVDN9131 with the volume up too long the unit will over heat.

Do you have your yellow RCA video out plugged into the DVD players yellow rca input channel? Make sure of that first, if thats ok then something else is going on, I will need more details after you check out the rca's.

IVA-D106 Car DVD Player: no picture on screen while dvd is playing...

Im guessing that if you can hear sound but have no picture and this is newly installed that your unit is wired to your parking brake as a safety feature. You need to disconnect it and connect the wire to the radio ground to bypass it.

DVD wont show picture i can hear sound but its just a blank screen

The emergency break wire is not connected correctly. This wire needs to be grounded to a chassis ground. Or the Yellow video cable is not connected or is not working correctly.

I am sorry to inform you that the program you are using does not specify between personal vehicles or commercial vehicles.

This unit was created for use in personal cars and trucks without taking RV's into consideration. Pioneer should have thought about this when they designed the program, because I am sure you are not the only person who has ever put one in an RV.

I checked the service manual and found no reference to anything about commercial use and routes.

I guess you will have to pay very close attention to the signs on the road that display the clearance of low overpasses. There is a good chance that any route you may take will have a sign posted with the clearance and with enough time to be able to make any needed adjustments in your route.

Good luck, be safe, and if there is anything else I can assist you with don't hesitate to ask. I am hear if you need me. I work at an authorized Pioneer repair center, so I have access to just about everything Pioneer makes available.

Just so you know, if your unit ever needs service, this is one of very few that Pioneer does not authorize any of there authorized service centers to repair under warranty. They must be shipped to Pioneer, no exceptions. If it is not under warranty, anyplace can work on them, but it might be difficult getting some of the parts.

Can you provide more information? What kind of vehicle is this in? Do you hear audio when the Tuner is selected, or when you're playing a CD?
