Hi
Try the following:
1. Press on your unit up down and reset together.
Your unit will start and read the BIOS from the HD.
2. Do not change anything - no up/down!
3. Press OK to write it back
4. Press Menu to get out.

I assume that your BIOS got broken by the circuit breaker.
Good luck

Light bulb flashed out when putting it in and i cannot get the fan or lights to work

It is possible that the circuit breaker tripped when the bulb was installed remove the bulb and assume that the bulb is defective. Go to circuit breaker panel and check for tripped breaker.

NO picture, no sound

If there is no light on anywhere either check the house/apartmment fuse box for a tripped circuit breaker.
If all are fine check the wall plug fuse.
If that is fine check internal fuses of the tv set.
If there is a sign of life, i.e. an led, is it flashing at all?
If it is observe and record then umber of flashes.

Chainsaw trips circuit breaker

Does the circuit breaker trip before squeezing the switch? Check the power cord - there's a short

Does the chain move freely before squeezing the switch? If not, and the circuit breaker trips while squeezing the switch, your chain is too tight.

Bottom line - tell us when the breaker trips and what you were doing when it tripped.

Siemens breaker just for overhead lights in bathroom and hallway Why does it buzz for a second then TRIP off?

You say the breaker supplies power to just one or two lights? And no outlets, fans, attic circuit? Map out all affected electrical boxes.
Move wire from suspect breaker to another same-size breaker and see what happens.
Move wire from the other breaker a to newly installed breaker, to check if breaker is main suspect.

Open each switch and outlet box affected by suspect breaker.
Disconnect power at light switch, and see if breaker still has problem.
Unplug all things from outlets on circuit.
One by one, check each electrical box for burned wires and loose wires.
Use nose to smell for burned condition.

Add a comment and update as you progress through troubleshoot.

A couple likely issues would be:
1. Is the starter key installed correctly?
2. Has the onboard circuit breaker tripped? The breaker reset is next to the on/off switch, which is on the lower front of the unit. Press the button once firmly. If this was the problem, the treadmill should work again immediately. If the onboard circuit breaker trips repeatedly, there may be a short circuit in the machine, in which case you may be at risk of shock if the unit is not repaired properly.
3. Has the circuit breaker or fuse for the particular outlet you are using tripped? Try plugging another electrical appliance into the outlet. Does it get power? If the circuit breaker or fuse has tripped, that particular circuit may be overloaded or faulty. Only an electrician could tell you for sure.

Please followup if you need further assistance.

There could be a timed circuit breaker:

Circuit Breakers The headlights are protected by a circuit breaker in the headlamp switch. If the circuit breaker trips, the headlights will either flash on and off, or stay off altogether. The circuit breaker rests automatically after the overload is removed. The windshield wipers are also protected by a circuit breaker. If the motor overheats, the circuit breaker will trip, remaining off until the motor cools or the overload is removed. One common cause of overheating is operation of the wipers in heavy snow. The circuit breakers for the power door locks and power windows are located in the fuse box.

Timer doesn't come on after being set. Operates landscape lights

Check your circuit breaker that feeds the timer circuit in your main electric panel. It may have tripped. Sometimes when a breaker trips it's hard to tell visually, so turn the breaker off, then back on.
Also, the circuit that feeds the timer may be on the load side of a GFCI receptacle. Look for one that has tripped. Sometimes they are found in obscure places.
