Question about SanDisk Sansa e200 MP3 Player
You wont be able to install the firware if the screen is blank..It sounds like your device battery could be dead..Try to replace the battery that is on your device..if that doesnt work I'd recommend that you contact sandisk to see if they are willing to replace the player for you..
