I'm trying to set te Parental Lock on my son's Lightning McQueen t.v. I've lost the manual and need help. Is there a preset code for the intital set-up?

- I called the number you listed and got the code for the plain T.V. without the DVD. It is 1111.

I called the custoner service number 1-866-387-1902 & the parental lock code is 1369. I had the same problem and this worked for me. Good luck. This parental code is for all disney tv, dvd combos.
