Sound driver Tosh Sat M35X-S111 needs sound driver, and, needs a detective software(trouble shooting file) to find out details, IF the problem is other than just driver. [email protected]

hi, my tosh sat m35x-s111 wont play sound. also i know that its enable to have sound because i heard beeping sounds comming out from the speakers when i hold a button for maybe 10 sec. and also if i go to the volume control it locks out the volume scroll bar. and when i went on youtube i see that it plays videos with out sound, but the videos will stop shortly or half way through the rest of video. it will deff appreciate help? thank you
