I tried to send some video in an e-mail but the system said there was not enough memory.i tried on another account and that said that windows had failed to upload all of it and it could be a problem with connectivity. It also comes up as a 1.3 mp cam rather than a 5mp.

Re: video capture would not send in e-mail
Its just hard to send large files in an e-mail. The only one i have ever had any luck with is incredimail as far as sending any large files but its a pop3 mail. Same thing as outlook express. What is your e-mail provider?

video rendering is a resource hungry process. for this u need a dedicated pc specially designed. check for the following if it suits ur pc :
1. high end processors from intel or amd that supports dual mode or more
2. 1 gb of system memory or more
3. an agp card or graphic card to reduce strain on processor
4. hdd with high rotational speeds with enough space ( i recommend for atleast 2 hdd drive, 1 or os and other for scratch, capturing & rendering)
and also check the minimum system requirements of ur application whether it is sufficient or not
You need to update your video card or your drivers software. Another possibility is you do not have enough RAM Memory installed. Look into how much memory you have and see if you need to upgrade it. I hope this helps.
What this means is that your PC may bnot have a strong enough Video Card to perform a task called rendering which is a really just putting the video together in a video fromat that the PC can understand.
Some things you can try: Update your system add more RAM or visit Windows Update. Add a better graphics card this often are alos inexpensive these days and will most likely assist in your issue. In this case it is not the web cam but rather your PC that is having the issue putting the video together
How much vurtual memory has been alocated in your system and or increase the physical memory. But unfortunatly you will have to reinstall.
Roxio 9 that is shipped with many of the newer HP photo printers have the same issue.
Mail Program? Outlook Express? Mozilla Thunderbird? Operating System? Some more information would be a key to get a proper answer. Just a guess without any other data. Try to see if it is properly configured the required data for mail servers, name, mail address, and so on. Sometimes if something is not well configured, it simply does not let you send any mail. Good luck.
