Question about Samsung Cell Phones
If it looks like it's charging, (lights up when plugged in etc.) then your battery needs to be replaced. Eventually they get old and no longer hold a charge. You end up not being able to use your phone unless you are plugged in.
If it is not making a connection at all then your charger and your phone both need to be checked. If you know someone with a charger that will fit your phone try it out (and try a different electrical outlet as well) and if it does not work either then you know the problem is in the phone. Then you need to take it in to the store and let them see.
