IMPORTANT: The device will be set back to factory settings; all data stored on the device will be lost. The device may not be functional for up to 15 minutes after a master reset is performed.
From the standby screen, press Start.
Scroll to and select Settings.
Scroll to and select Security.
Scroll to and select Master Clear.
Enter password, press Done.
NOTE: Default password is 0000.
To confirm reset, press Yes.
NOTE: The device will automatically reset and may not function for up to 15 minutes following the master reset.
the best thing is to give me details...allthough anyway I would recommend to get it to a service center, and ask the people over there to resoft the phone ( reinstall it's OS, and additional software ) or another thing would be If you would reset the phone to the original settings (factory, or default settings for that matter)
the operating software of ur cell is corrupted .... try giving restore factory settings once... it should work... if problem persists then take ur cell to technician & flash ur cell ... the technician will flash the cell by using the special DKU series cable which allows to make reset codes , master reset everything... (flashing means installing new operating software ) this will solve ur problem ...

You may have a message notification coming from your carrier. If you dont wish to be notified of a new message contact them to turn it off.
You may also want to check settings in you phone. You may have a preference set up to notify you of missed calls. If you cant find a setting you can try a master reset.
