Remove the plastic or rubber bumpers that are on the plastic square that goes around the lcd screen. Normally you will see them in the 4 corners and around the middle of the plastic strip. Remove them and you will see screws that you remove then the plastic square can taken off. Use a little pressure with your fingers to pry it off.
Next remove the screws on the side of the lcd that holds it to the brackets. Tilt the lid forward to let the lcd screen fall into you hand. Don't let it fall to far forward because there is a cable in the back of it that you don't want to damage. If the lcd does not come out, it might be held by screws in the backet near the 4 corners that you will have to remove.
Remove the LCD Cable from the back of the screen. It might have a piece of tape that holds it together where it plugs in that you can lift up. Then unplug the lcd from the lcd inverter at the bottom of the lcd (two cables that plug into the lcd inverter).
