Are you talking about when you are installing Windows?
If you are then disconnect everything except the monitor, mouse and keyboard. Then try to install windows. It sounds like there is a hardware conflict.

How to tackle "missing NTLDR file" error

This happens due to viruses. They delete the NTLDR file.
Do you have the original XP CD? Then insert it and boot from the CD. (If it doesn't boot from the CD, tell us and we will explain how to set it in BIOS).
After a while it will ask you whether to Setup XP (Enter) or Repair an existing Windows installation (R). Press Enter here (Don't worry, I know what I am talking about).
Press F8 to accept the Licence Agreement.
(*** In the following screen you have to press 'R'. IF YOU DON'T SEE A TEXT SCREEN BUT THE SETUP STARTS TO RUN, TAKE OUT THE CD IMMEDIATELY AND RESTART THE COMPUTER. ***) It will tell you you have an existing Windows installation in <C:> drive. It will ask whether to install a fresh copy (Esc, as I remember) or Repair (R). Press R.
Let the setup run. After a while you may need to enter the key.
After few minutes, your computer will be ready, with all your files, fonts and software intact!

I dont have the disk for GE Webcam with Earset model 998650. I need the driver software to use to webcam

Try this link, HERE if fail Try, Here else if fail try, HERE

Note, some of the older drivers will work with this and if you're on any operating system newer than XP, IE win Vista or 7, just do a quick windows update and you'll get the driver strate away, same case if you're on a popular linux distribution.

I have downloaded a video on YouTube as i regularly do and then i get the embeded code and copy and past it to my website. i did it yesterday on problems. now, there is no embede feature to copy. Help

I'm not sure what browser you use, but I use Google Chrome. I just right-click on the video and click "Copy embed html" I'm not sure if this feature works on IE or Firefox. If not, you should be able to right-click anywhere on the page and click "View page source". If you're good with HTML, you should be able to find the video's code. Hope this helps!

How to delete page numbers from manuscript?

It depends on which text-editing program you are using.
Check "page setup" within NOTEPAD -- it adds page-numbers when printing.

In MS Word, check "Headers and Footers" to exclude page-numbers.
