Question about Creative Labs I-Trigue L3500 Computer Speakers
The volume button on the controlpad has stopped working. Frequent force from the side (as it is a wheel that is some what placed a bit outside the pad making it reachable with your thumb) has malplaced it. The wheel is now a bit loose. creative designers has made speakers for many years and it is too bad this is strangely a very weak construction, as it is an expensive speaker.

SOURCE: speakers not working
The black/green/orange connectors go into the corresponding color ports in the back of the computer, but you computer have to be able to support 7.1 or at least 5.1 audio. If it can't you can buy a separate sound card from Creative that does.

Congrats, you yourself is a good troubleshooter. Just pinpointed your problem. What you just diagnoist can be easilly checked just by taking other good known speaker. If that works your speaker is short check for audio output wires. If not your card needs replacement. If need further clarifications just comment.
