Frigidaire microwave model ffmv164lsa constant beeping, with little symbol to the top left hand side of the clock displaying with the beep.

Hopefully no one sprayed a liquid cleaner directly onto or near the keypad...

From page 23 of the owner's manual:

"Wipe the microwave oven inside and out with a soft cloth and and warm (not hot) mild detergent solution. Then rinse and wipe completely dry."

"Clean the outside surface of the microwave with soap and a clean damp cloth. Dry with a clean soft cloth. To prevent damage to the operating parts of the oven, do not let water seep into any vents or openings."

If there is moisture damage, it may dry out by itself if you leave it overnight with the door open. If not, the warranty would be voided and you'd have to arrange for out of warranty service.

If there is no moisture damage, and it failed not due to outside forces, then you should contact the manufacturer to arrange warranty service.

I need to know what the sticker would look like on the battery of my lg272 before and after water damage

I don't know what it looks like before but most cell phones and associated batteries have a spot that turns pink when exposed to water. It informs the user or the repairman that water was involved and normally voids warranty. Hopes this answers your question.

My keyboard is not working now after I spilled some coffee on it

Easiest solution? Buy a USB keyboard.
Alternatively you can try placing the laptop in a slightly warm dry environment (but nowhere hot or humid) with a bowl of plain white rice. The rice will absorb any moisture in the air and can be used to dry out gadgets after they get liquid damage.
No guarantees but it's worth a shot :)

Blackberry went dead after droping in sink with water

You can try to see if it will work after drying it out completely.
But yes - most BB's will stop working once exposed to water. Thats why they put those little white square stickers in the battery compartment. Those turn pink or red when exposed to moisture. That way the cell phone companies can see when you got your BB wet - and they don't cover liquid damage.

Phone dropped in water need to dry it out Disassemble case

If the phone is exposed to any form of liquid or moisture it will damage the phone's mother board, it causes malfunction on the phone. You can try to have a technician evaluate it for you, if the phone can still be repaired.

Samsung A737 water damage..??

the little square that you are referring to is a liquid damage indicator, it will change it's color if the phone is exposed to any kind of liquid or moisture.

How do I dissasembale Asus A6J laptop

Short of doing it for you, I would suggest to get a clean area to work on, a place to put all your screws that you will be removing... ideally a tray or drawer for every set of screws. Get yourself a good digital camera to record your process. This helps when you want to rebuild your system back. Above all, work slowly and paying close attention to every step that you take. I can't stress it enough to document your work, you can get lost very quickly doing this. I do this all the time, I have notes, but not for this particular laptop. I would start you off by removing the bezel that covers the power buttons, Normally I would work from right to left, gently prying up the bezel with a small screw driver. The exposed screws will remove the keyboard, be careful of the ribbon that attaches the k/b to the motherboard. You will work your way down to the system, but I would start cleaning the keyboard first. Good luck to you. Keep us updated. -Carlos:

Hi!!! i have a problem on N70 phone.

Sounds like a short..Take the battery off the back of the phone and see if the moisture indicator is active, Usually a red dot will appear. If so, you warranty is voided, contact the insurance program thru your wireless provider if you have it, *TIP* ALWAYS get insurance on cell phones if they are used by kids of people who work outdoors and expose the phone to extremes** If the moisture indicator has not been activated, and the phone is less than a year old, call your cell phone provider for a warranty exchange.

***HINT***
If you ever do get your phone wet, turn the phone off and remove the battery right away. then put the phone in a bowl of uncooked rice and leave it there for 24 hours, the rice will absorbe the moisture and may save your phone.

Some buttons on the keypad won't work

I strongly recommend consulting the supplier, he/she is bound to know what to do, they may also give you a new handset!!, by the way may i comment on the good phone!!, but yeah, if they are unable to help, take it to a certified phone shop/dealer, they will know what to do!! BUT DO NOT mess around with it yourself!!, this could void your warranty and may definitely do more harm than good! is there any water damage, i have researched and found that this problem happens A LOT when there is water damage on the phone, check the moisture on the battery, there should be a moisture detector on the top of the phone, if this is pink, than it has been affected by water damage, ive also found someone who used SEUS to flash his phone, he said that the buttons were stuck and he had the same problem as you, when he flashed it he said that the phone had restored itself! i recommend trying it yourself BUT BEWARE that you can void your warranty if you do so!! but definitely contact the owner first!

hope this helps and keep ion touch!
