Question about Samsung HC-P4752W 47" Rear Projection HDTV-Ready Television
About a year ago a bent bleu line showed up on tv screen, ask some friend at work and he said it was the ic convergence chips have gone bad. i never did anything till a couple week ago the picture went to a blurry double vision and it hurt to watch tv then. so i did somemore research and pulled the subboard out and located the (2) ic chips and found two open 3.9ohm resisters infront of 1,order all parts from servicemanuals.com and soldered every back in very well not to short any solder joints together, hooked it all back up and the picture like new for around 5 sec then starts flickering in and out for about 5 to 10sec at thesame it gets really blurry for about 5 sec then picture looks like new for about 5 sect then starts that cycle again ,any ideas what ive done wrong thanx
Did you replaced 2 IC convergence as well or just 2 resitors 3.9 ohms ? if you did replaced 2 IC then you might have probelm in convergence drive it is1 of the PCB mount vertical on the left side from the rear view under part BP95-00415C you need to readjust the convergence by using your remote control just follow in the servive manual
