Remove drum paddle from hotpiont wma37 washing machine

Hi does anyone know how to remove a drum paddle from a hotpint wma37 washing machine.

a technician once showed me (as this then allows you easy access to remove things stuck between the drum and casing, which i have now got lol) and i think it was something to do with the small holes on the top but i cant remember now.

Hi.

Firmly grip the paddle, and pull it towards you, this should release same. When you put it back, locate the paddle in the slots, and push firmly away from you
towards the rear of the drum

Good luck

    Hi. Re bra wire.

If you cannot hear it catching as drum is turning, then I would not worry too much, it will probably be stuck around the heater, where it cannot do much harm.

If you do hear it catching, I would recommend that you do not use trhe washer until you find and remove it.

Need to remove drainage pipe, can't remove white plastic clip, is there a knack?

Remove power first! The pump is very easy to remove, ( unlocks from the base ) take the pump apart and check for foreign objects inside the pump assy. The power wires pull off and matters not which way they go back on. Also check the hoses to and from the drain pump for any  foreign objects. The pump is usually at the back right side ( looking at the washer from the front ).

Hotpiont washing machine

first check if belt from motor to drum is on, then check to see if motor is running. If not, there maybe a fuse link or fuse that needs replacement. The last time you used did you smell burning, if so could be your motor is gone.
