So I understand that you are unable to operate the water temperatures and soil levels on your infinity washer, while on the normal cycle.
I suggest to give your appliance a hard reset. You will do this by either unplugging it or cutting the power off at the circuit breaker for 3-5 minutes. After the 3-5 minutes, bring power back and try to start a cycle.
If you are unable to change the water temperature and soil level settings, while in the normal cycle, I suggest to contact your local authorized technician. They will be be able to come out and diagnose the washer and see why you are unable to change the settings.
Sounds like the timer is screwed... Sending out the wrong signals and the dryer is doing the rinse cycle when it should just be the spin cycle. Do t know what your timer looks like in that washer but most now days look like the picture.
Hello, it is a cold water issue either the water is off the screens on the valve where you connect the hose is dirty the hoses are reversed or bent and last the cold water valve failed.Its one of these. Hope this helps please rate my answer Thanks :)
