Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
I put some songs onto my sansa and when i unpluged the USB from it it started having this problem. on the screen it came up with refresh database. it was all fine untill it got 3 quarters of the way accros the line and now it is frozen and ive tryed to tun it off and reebooting and it still freezes what can i do?
Unscrew your thing take the batt out then put it back in. mine froze when i pressed a couple of buttons but it could work for u ? good luck

That happened to me once. all i had to do is hold down the power button for at least 15 seconds sometimes more. if not call tech support
