The reason your phone goes blank at intervals is because there is a problem with the phone.
First, flash the phone with the appropriate software and cable, then you open up the phone with the appropriate screwdrivers and check if the screen connector also known as the flex is properly seated on the main board. Also check if the flex is damaged so you will be able to replace the flex with a new one.
Having done this, your phone will be in good condition once again.
ok so you are saying your battery is ok.Then it could be your charger or phone that is the problem. You are best going to a suppliers shop where you can try another charger. If battery and charger are ok then it must be the phone, and ask for a replacement.
go to www.blackberry.com and download the desktop manager for your phone and service provider and reinstall the software. if it is an unlocked phone you need to navigate to the common files/rim and delete the vender file first.
The Windows Mobile installation may be corrupted.
The only way to fix that problem is by re-installing the windows software on the phone.
You can get the software for the T-mobile dash at the following link: http://www.t-mobile.com/wmupgrade/
