I have a TUSB3400 HUAWEI ETS2058/2258/2558 fixed wireless terminal and i also have a vista os with windows x64 system,now i cannot insyall the driver for this wireless modem please try to solve my problem.

Go to Devive manager update device driver of the Modem and then creat new coonection , that's is .
(run)-->devmgmt.msc-->select modem-->r.click-->Update driver-->choose .inf file from ur modem driver folder.

hello! i can fix this problem just follow these steps:
1.install the software from the xp cd.
2.go to add a new hardware in control panel.
3.choose modems.
4.select the file inf where you install the files but it's always install the files in (c:huawei\modem\win2kxp\huaweimdm.inf).
5.then go to modems in control panel then choose huawei and make it on (COM4) plugger and put the informations that needed to complete the modem settings.
6.go to networks in start menu or in control panel.
7. go to add a new connection.
8.choose modem connection.
9.choose HUAWEI WIRELESS MODEM.
10.fill the fields that the network provider gave you the right information.
11.congratulations the connection has been completed.
12.and when you want to connect to the modem just go to networks then go to connect to a network and choose huawei wireless modem and it will connect to the internet or anything you want to do.
