Call customer service to order one at 1-877-834-7271. This phone # is for north america, I think but if you call they can give you your local customer service phone number. I could be wrong as this # is world wide.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Where Can I stay in Liverpool?

There are many choices in Liverpool but I recommend Liverpool city centre hotels found at the heart of the city. You are just 18 and you need a place that is safe but full of life. Even if you have no friends there still you can tour the city with their shiverpool tour to let you experience the old Liverpool with all its history and secrets. We have fantastic suites that suit your preferences with its spacious sitting, eating and working areas to allow you to enjoy the benefits of space. Our hotel is just a few minutes away from the major shopping mall, historical and cultural landmarks and tourists destinations just within Liverpool. Book yourself a suite and come soon to visit us and experience Liverpool at its best.

EGR VALVE

Yes. He had the oppurtunity to perform the job properly and chose not to. Any time the EGR is in question, the passages should be checked and cleaned if necessary. If a tech feels it would be more labor to do so, then 1 of 2 things should happen 1. he contacts you and advises you accordingly(which should have been noted during the diagnosis if he is any good) or 2. He has already worked that into the labor price from the get go. Don't be fooled by unscrupulous mechanics. Some people believe they are the only ones in their chosen trade and can charge whatever they want. Foolish. That is how business is lost.

Aficio 1085 toner pread in drum area

the blade is not sitting correctly either you have used a bad one or the mechanism is not adhereing closely to the drum, removed the uit and rotate towards you sprinkle a few toner if you can still see a remainder toner that was not yet scraped then the prob is really in the cleaning unit, either the blade or the plate,
to ensure have you consider changing your drum? it could be exhausted already...

no other way around it

Printer problem

The ink absorber (a felt pad) is provided so the ink lost during cleaning has a restricted area to ensure the ink doesn't escape into mechanical areas of the printer.
I haven't seen the inside of your model but this is probably being monitored using reflected light and once the reflection is reduced (pad changes from white to dark) this warning is triggered.

The printer has been disabled to avoid cast-off ink from overflowing the recess in which the pad is installed.

Unless you are very good at finding the sometimes many snaps that hold your printer together, it should be turned over to a professional.

As a retired tech, I need to warn you that the cost of labor and the pad needed will probably exceed the cost of a new printer.

If you decide to replace it, be advised that most printers are supplied with only minimal amounts of ink in their included ink cartridges; please consider buying cartridges along with the printer to have available when the original cartridges run dry.
