Take off the strings and with the help of a flash light so you can see look on the inside, and you will have to push down on the battery case. if the guitar is laying flat on the floor face up, you will be looking inside, and push towards the ground with the screw driver on the battery compartment, and then you should be able to pull it out, i would know cus i just did it, and now the mission to put it back in begins

No sound when connect guitar

have you checked the speaker leads in the back to make sure they are hooked up> if so, you have power to amp? Volume knob turned up? is guitar cord good? (try it in a different amp , or check w/ an ohm meter) . Does the guiter have active pick-ups? If so, is battery good? and last, is the volume knob on guitar up" try all that and get back to me

Tryin to see my guiters worth

Your guitar was made at the
World Plant, Korea
August 2000
Production Number: 424

Korean models are lower-intermediate models, not as good as Japanese, but generally better than those made in other Asian countries. Korean guitars are usually quite playable, but not valued for collectibility very highly. What model is it?

Hi after couple years sitting, just cleaned out the gas tank and cleaned out carburetors, stripped them down completely, they did not seem to bad. now starts right up with choke, but give it gas , stalls...

Hi, Anonymous if your bike has been sitting idle for months or years and you did not do any pre-storage maintenance I feel your pain it will probably have a dead battery and not want to start or if it starts it will idle and run poorly, here are the following steps necessary to complete in order to get your bike back to an acceptable running condition.
1. If your battery was 2-3 years old when you last had the bike running you should replace it.
2. If you believe your battery might still be serviceable remove it from the bike and put it on a 1 or 2 amp trickle charger for 24 hours. If it is the old lead acid type with visible cells and acid levels fill each cell to the top line with distilled water and replace the caps, run the vent tube into a plastic or styrofoam cup, any cells that are cloudy/milky replace the battery.
3. After charging remove the leads and let the battery sit for a couple of hours then check the battery voltage with a volt meter, you should have 12.5 volts or better, any readings in the 11 volt range you need to do a proper load test on the battery and replace as necessary, any readings in the 10 volt range you have a dead cell and replace the battery.
4. Drain and flush fuel tank, google " how to clean a motorcycle gas tank" find a couple forums to view the different options available.
5. Remove your air cleaner and clean and re-oil per Mfg. specifications.
6. Remove the carburetor, disassemble and decontaminate with a carb dip or if you have EFI remove injectors and clean with carb spray and compressed air
7. Remove fuel valve and filter disassemble and clean as necessary, remove fuel lines and replace with new ones.
8. Replace spark plug with a new one and check for spark.

Remove the battery. Keep pressed power button 30 seconds. Reinsert the battery. Try again.
If not let it start like this - black screen. And press ONE TIME FN and F5 until the screen comes back again. OR FN and F9.

1981 Yamaha 550 Maxim will not turn over

Hi, Ray before testing any electrical component in the Starting Circuit it is "IMPERATIVE" that you have a fully charged battery of 12.5 volts or more and be able to pass a proper "LOAD" test if necessary, you may have a preliminary reading of 12.5 volts or more but little or zero amperage, the battery is faulty and must be replaced. AGM type batteries fall into this scenario more so than lead-acid batteries.
1. Ignition Switch not in the "ON" position.
2. Engine Run Switch in the "OFF" position.
3. Engine Run Switch is "FAULTY" or corroded.
4. Check the battery terminals for damage or corrosion check the battery cables at "BOTH" ends for loose, corroded, or broken connectors, "INSIDE" and outside the cable harness, perform connector wiggle test and check cables with an ohmmeter.
5. Bank angle sensor needs a reset or is faulty.
6. FOB battery low or dead.
7. Faulty ignition switch.
8. Faulty starter button.
9. Faulty kickstand, clutch, neutral safety switch.
10. Security alarm needs a reset.
11. Starter relay, solenoid, starter motor or circuit wiring faulty.
12. Starter armature or field coils have failed.
13. Main fuse or circuit breaker may be blown or faulty.
14. Faulty ignition relay.
15. The electric starter is working but starter clutch has failed.
16. Check for engine trouble codes.

Why my coby netbook won't connect wireless after i press fn+f1?

Could be a number of reasons? Do you see your wireless network? What is the signal strength? When is the last time you have power cycled your router? (Removed the black power cable from the back, waited 5 seconds and plugged back in). Please give that a try and make sure your wireless is enable. The fn + f1 key will either enable or disable it, there should be a light somewhere on the laptop that is on indicating the wireless is on. My guiter will communicate with the frontman but it doesn't control the playstation. I have tried every way undere the sun to sink and it seems to sink with the fromtman cause it shows what color i am...

1. You need 3 other controllers besides the Nyko guitar (they can be the rockband instrument set, or just any PS3 controllers. I used a DS3 a RB guitar and GH3 guitar)
2. You need all 3 of the controllers assigned to the PS3 taking up spot 1-3 except the Nyko guitar (goal is to assign the Nyko to 4 or higher)
3. Plug in the Nyko dongle and attempt to link with the guitar (it will most likely make the Nyko button turn red which is the color that won't play)
4. Turn the switch on the dongle back and forth once or twice ending on GH setting letting the guitar link on it's own (It may not assign correctly on the first try, but keep switching between Rockband setting and GH setting. Always end on GH, because it will work with Rockband on GH setting)
5. After a few times it should link and allow you to play
