Ok so i got a new SanDisk Sansa m240 MP3 Player from a friend of my dad's. It is brand new and it seemed to be just fine. I loaded all my songs to it, but still when i unplug it from my computer it will not turn on. I don't thinkits dead because i put brand new batteries inside. When its plugged in the screen on the mp3 says USB connected and has a little circle with half of it darkly filled. Why isn't it turning on?
There are 2 usb choices on the sansa m240 one is msc the other is auto detect. msc is for downloading new upgrade software i beleive , because thats the setting sndisk has you set it on to download new upgrade software .it stands for mass storage class .it may need to be on auto detect .
