You could use a tool for migrating from an old computer's HD to a new one. Buy a real WinXP license and get it installed on a fresh drive, patched and updated properly; install a backup tools and make a backup; then use the migration tool to get your data from the drive with the pirate stuff.
Once you are satisfied you can license and install Solaris 10 on the old drive.
