Question about Acer Computers & Internet
A few things to go through to attempt a signal--
1) when you connect the video cable are you hitting the Function (Fn) and F-key that corresponds to the video switch (Usually Fn key next to the Alt and Shift keys... and the F5 key at the top of your keyboard)
2) right-click anywhere on your desktop and select Properties. This should bring you to the display properties. go to the 'Settings' tab and see if it shows a second screen and attempt to activate it.
3) if that doesn't work your computer may require that you have the video cable plugged in before you turn it on. plug in the video cable and restart your computer.
