SOURCE: Monitor automatically clicks into power saving mode
check the primary settings for your default video card.
SOURCE: Monitor keep going into "sleep" mode
try to reseat the memory modules and restart the computer and computer boots to normal mode/then go to power options in control panel and disable the sleep mode option for the hard disk

When you first plug it in and turn it on, the monitor will shut itself down with only this little note until it receives a signal from the computer to do something else.
You will have to double check the computer as well, and ensure that it too, is turned on. If this is the case, then your next step is to ensure that the monitor and the computer are talking with each other, that is, you'll have to unplug the monitor from the computer and plug it back in again.
If you do all these things, and you still have this message, then something may be wrong with your video card. At that point, you may have to consider taking it to a professional.
good luck
