SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I cannot retrieve pictures from my camera. When I plug it in to my USB port, my computer is not recognizing it. I have a Canon Powershot S30, my operating system is Windows XP.

Most Compact cameras come with a software disk that has the photo software pre-loaded. My experience is that once you have loaded the software and uploaded your pictures, you can then convert the file to XP, or better still, to Photoshop.

Hope this helps

Service manual needed for canon PoweShot S30

This isn't exactly a service manual, but something I had prepared for a friend who had a similar problem as you. Would recommend instead of fitting a new switch to replace the entier assembly. You can get broken S30's from ebay relatively cheap. Anyways, here's the file:

Usually if you just plug the camera in it will mount as a removable disk (drive e: or similar) and you can move your files off to the hard drive.

This is exactly what happened to mine right before it stopped working. I do not have a solution. Try contacting Canon directly, maybe there is a solution if you catch it early enough.
