I am using windows 8 and recently started getting certificate errors when accessing Google as my internet home page. When I type the address into the address bar, it says access denied. That's weird. I've never had that happen before and have had Google as my home page for many years. Is Microsoft up to something?

Fix your problem following these instructions:-

A workaround would be to install Firefox to access the Internet from, which you can download from this website.

Internet Explorer stopped working, res://ieframe.dll/acr_error.htm

Does this happen all the time ? If It does I would try Microsoft support because they can uninstall IE and reinstall it. You can't unless you have access to another browser like Google chrome or Firefox.

HI there,

Go to the Start Button, click, then click on Control Panel, go to Add or Remove programs. Uninstall Google Chrome from the program list. Then just use Internet Explorer.

Google chromehas stopped working

Looks like google are having problems.

Does the program opens?

If it does... go to History and Click on Edit...

Then erase all history and cookies. . Make checkmark on all the options, unless you want to keep your saved passwords, which is one of the options given.

If not running try to unisntall from control panel and reinstall it again.

IE9 release will be soon. It has features similar to Chrome.

You might want to take a look at it. Should be released next week. There is a beta version of Internet Explorer 9

Will not go to any web pages. it says error

Hi, check how is the Internet Explorer working. If Internet Explorer is working fine, then the best and quickest resolution would be to simply uninstall and reinstall Google Chrome on your computer. Before that, make sure you have backed up your favourites.
I hope this helps.
