Question about Nokia N72 Cellular Phone
My n72 mobile is working only in "offline"mode.I tried to format to original factory settins but it is prompting for a security code which i have forgotten.How to get my phone working bak again????
The phone is showing Offline, hence I have inserted the sim card and switched the phone on, and choose general profile too. But it is showing Please Insert Sim Card. Please help with a solution.

Just try this one!!! first you do is to click the power switch for 1 sec. then it will appears: switch off,lock key pad,general,silent,etc.you will see a offline word in the screen.... just choose general profile.... and this words will appear "phone is currently in offline mode. change profile to access network?" just choose yes.. i hope it will help your problem....

Offline may mean that the Sim Card was not correctly placed or a fall or shock on the phone has requested you to switch to offline mode and thus you are on that mode. This can be cured by turning off the phone and removing and putting back the Sim Card. You can also just change the settings to General if you had earlier inadvetently chosed the offline mode.
