Frozen maestro 4250

-   i have the same problem. i just spoke with the tech support and they have asked me to send it back for repair. the person on the phone couldn't do anything except a shutdown/restart and reset cycle. typical it bs.-   Guest

-   same here just loaded the map update and the damn thing is frozen solid.

-   I have a Magellan Maestro 4250 and it is also frozen at the start up bar is all the way loaded but it just won't turn over. I can re-input the software as the computer won't reconize it since it won't start up. Please help someone as their website hasn't answered me yet. -   Dsit
