Re: I cannot close the logitech quick cam pop up on my...
You probally have spyware. I'd clean the system up and turn on your popup blocker. Run a disk clean up found in start> all programs> accessories>system tools>disk clean up. Check ALL boxes and let it run untill complete. In Internet Explorer go to Tools and then to pop up blocker, make sure it is on. Then run a virus scan using AVG or Avira both you can get for free at cnet.com. Make sure you uninstall your current virus software BEFORE you install the new. You can crash your system if you dont. Run a full system scan if any virus's are found restart and run it again...continue to do so until none are found. Pain I know but this is critical. If you are still expieriencing the issue after that I would install Adaware and run that. Hope this helps.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Is this a computer problem? If so, you do not have to close a window before you open another one. You can have many windows open at the same time. If you have a Microsoft Windows computer you click on the red x at the top right of the screen to close a window (unless you have Windows 8 in which case some windows do not have the red x). On a Windows 8 PC move the mouse pointer to the upper left corner of the screen and a little window will pop up. Right click it and choose close.
Get into your silverback and go through the front gate that goes into the area where to fight the Leviathan. Then go to the right and turn around the right wall go straight and back into that corner in the back left. At this point just shoot the Leviathan in it's right eye. Use the vulcan and shoot in the right eye until it pops. Tap a to bring down your shield and use your rockets to shoot him in the mouth. After he leaves for the first time get out of your silverback because you're not very mobile and if you try to kill something close to you you might blow yourself up. Go to the very right side of the field by the crate and in front of the fire in the corner to kill the polyps they should be focused on Dominic instead of you. As soon as the Leviathan comes back run back to your silverback. Then go back to the spot you were at and start using your vulcan to shoot his left eye until it pops. When it does start shooting rockets into the Leviathan's mouth. Once the Leviathan goes down again move the silverback back into the corner where you first shot it's right eye until it popped. Next get back to the spot on the very right behind the crate and in front of the fire in the corner and start shooting polyps, they should be focused on Dominic. When the Leviathan comes back get your Silverback out of the corner and run back to the spot on the very right of the behind the crate and in front of the fire in the corner and start spamming rockets at its mouth. After this the Leviathan should go down for the final time.
Your computer browser is the program that you use to connect to the internet. Its called a browser because you use it to "browse" the internet.
Common browsers are programs like Internet Explorer (which is the blue "e" on your desktop) or Mozilla Firefox (which looks like a blue planet wrapped in red flames or wings).
You close a browser by clicking on the red "x" in the upper right hand corner of your screen. If you click on the "-" which is located to the left of the red "x" in the upper right hand corner of your screen while on the internet, this minimizes the browser and puts it on the bottom of your computer screen. You can see which windows are open by looking at the bottom of your computer screen. When windows are minimized, they look like squares and have the name of the page which is open on them displayed for easy reading. To close a browser that is minimized to the bottom of your pc screen, click on it with your mouse and then click on the red "x".
Visit the Logitech website and browse the photo gallery for your model and click on the photo to navigate to the support page. Note - Older models on page 2 - look for the link at the bottom right of page 1 and click on it "Still can't find your product?"
In addition to the Logitech installer you will need to run the support software - Microsoft DirectX . This comes pre-loaded on most Windows computers but has to be updated - I am currently on version 11 To start the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, click Start, click Run, type dxdiag in the Open box, and then click OK.
Procedure to re-install Logitech software Close all programs while uninstalling - downloading and uploading software Disconnect your webcam Uninstall the current webcam software on your computer Restart computer Download the Installation package from Logitech Run the installer and choose your options during the installation - You may not want Logitech Chat but the Desktop icon for the webcam toolbar is a must. Connect your webcam when prompted.
Many webcams can only be accessed by one software package at a time. You have another software package that is currently using that cam, even if you aren't actively using that software. Do you have an Instant Message software application running? Or a video capture software? Check the TSRs (Terminate and Stay Resident) applications in your lower-right corner (assuming you're using a Windows software package), and turn off anything you don't need. Then try the webcam again.
