Okay so my RAZR works fine but I cant see the outside screen at all, it is always BLACK. You know how you are supposed to be able to see exactly whats on the inside screen, on the outside screen too, like time and who'se calling and such?...i can't anymore...i have to flip open the phone to see the time and who'se calling. Are there any suggestions to get rid of this problem? Thanks.

in the top right corner you are suppose to have a little circular magnet that changes the screen when the phone is open or closed. I just changed my housing yesterday and took the magnet out and put it in my new housing but for some reason i have the same problem as you. so maybe you lost the magnet when you replaced the lcd and if that is the case then you are screwed. try have Motorola fix it, don't tell them you replaced the lcd
the white and black screen issue on the Razr V3xx can be a bad LCD. If the LCD is good then the issue is on the main board. The most common failure is broken contacts on FL6505 and FL6504. resoldering might hold up for a while but replacement is the best option.
the side view clearly shows the damage to the filter. this is only visible after the solder is removed.
