Toshiba satelite L45-4687 bios password lost

You will need to open the Toshiba case, then find and remove the battery from the motherboard for a few minutes before replacing it. Some Toshiba laptops have a BIOS reset switch on the motherboard. In both cases you need to open the laptop case to solve your problem.

My power connector has slipped within the case for my toshiba satelite pro l350 and would like to know how to open the case to fix it

Your going to need to take all the screws out of the bottom of the case. Then after that take out the keyboard cover, take out the screws for the keyboard and take that out. Once you get that done then take out any screws you see with the top opened such as the screws that hold the screen in place and there might be two screws in the area where the power connector would be that holds in the screen as well.

Take out the screen and make sure its unplugged from the motherboard, make sure any power connectors are unhooked and also take out the ribbon cables for the mousepad.

Once you do that then go ahead and take the top bezel off at this point and you will see the motherboard plus the AC Adapter that broke off.

Keys on laptop stopped working

it may be a result of pressing these keys too hard although 7 key is unusual unless its one you use all the time but I do nitice that hese keys are grouped near vetically and so it may be the circuit secction of the keyboard. I think in this case the repaitr man may be the best option.

Computer satelite speaker dead... How do you open up the satelite to get inside???

I had this problem as well, I finally figured out that the rubber plugs that allow you to remove the dust cover are able to be pulled off. Get a pair of plyers and just yank em out, which will reveal 4 discreetly placed screws :). I am having somewhat of the same problem you are however, and opening the speakers up did no good for me, the wiring seemed fine but I still get a rattling or complete silence whenever I exceed a certain volume. Let me know if you manage to find anything out and if you solve the problem, I'd like to try it so I don't have to try to find a replacement satellite. Jeremy
