Most likely the cpu fan is dirty. But what is happening is the system is over heating and shuting down. Bois settings can be set to a higher temp if you can't solve by Blowing out EVERYTHING with a can of air. It if alot of dust, use a vacum cuz the dust will get into your cd drives and they stop working till they get cleaned. If it is the "driver error" try updating it. But if it's the bios shutiing it down windows won't know why. It assume's it was a drive confict. (or at least the last proccess running)

"Error Smart" is malware and will slowly wreck the OS, you must un-install this programme from your computer and perform a registry clean, then, right click on "my computer" select "computer managment" and "event viewer" check the "system" log to find out what has caused the crash.
What you describe sounds like overheating, so take the side panel off the computer and clean the dust from the CPU fan and from inside the case itself, please make sure you have the power disconnected from the back of the machine before you remove the side panel and make sure you "ground" yourself (keep one hand on the metal case)

There is a similar fix on MS Fixit. Use IE. Choose Windows and filter with mouse. A new window will appear with a Fixit executable. Download it, and run. Let us know it this new site really works.

I tried to play a game on my computer and after i installed it and started to get ready to play it the screen turns blue, white and a band of rainbows come on the screen but the sound is working too??? not...

Most likely you do not have a video card that supports the game you are trying to play or an older game that may have been created for an earlier OS than 7.

You might try running the game in compatibility mode.

1) From start menu Click "Control panel"
2) Click "Programs"
3) Under programs and features click "Run programs for earlier versions of windows"
4) Choose your program and follow prompts.
5)Run in compatibility mode window will open choose "next"
6)Follow Prompts

Hope this helps you.

I had a similar issue. WoW would immediately close after i logged in. I found my issue to be the anti-virus program that i was using was blocking it so i just uninstalled it and im getting a different one. Perhaps this is your problem too? I was using Comodo, i was even running it in game mode and had the settings turned down and it still blocked it. Hope this helps :P

Hello, I'm trying to play a PC game, when my screen turns blue and says "PC NOT SUPPORT". Please help!

I guess the game needs some graphics support and thats y it is showing blue screen and error message. !st know the basic requirements to play that game. If you dont have a graphics card installed in your system, then am sorry to say that you cannot able to play that game without that card. It is needed to accelerate your processor and it will also adjust the screen resolution according to the game

Computer ramdomly shutting down

Hi there.
It sounds like the system is overheating.
Open the side panel and remove all the dust that you can see, a clean dry soft paintbrush should do the job, make sure you clean the CPU fan and heatsink (the metal block behind the CPU fan).
Once that's done the computer should stay on all the time but remember to clean the insides of the case periodically to prevent this problem form arising again.

Good luck and thanks for choosing FixYa!!
