Out of the blue my computer will just turn off on me ,it doesnt matter what i am doing on the net, playing a game i have a program called error smart and it tells me i have n error with my driver how can i fix this
Most likely the cpu fan is dirty. But what is happening is the system is over heating and shuting down. Bois settings can be set to a higher temp if you can't solve by Blowing out EVERYTHING with a can of air. It if alot of dust, use a vacum cuz the dust will get into your cd drives and they stop working till they get cleaned. If it is the "driver error" try updating it. But if it's the bios shutiing it down windows won't know why. It assume's it was a drive confict. (or at least the last proccess running)

Re: my computer just turns off
"Error Smart" is malware and will slowly wreck the OS, you must un-install this programme from your computer and perform a registry clean, then, right click on "my computer" select "computer managment" and "event viewer" check the "system" log to find out what has caused the crash. What you describe sounds like overheating, so take the side panel off the computer and clean the dust from the CPU fan and from inside the case itself, please make sure you have the power disconnected from the back of the machine before you remove the side panel and make sure you "ground" yourself (keep one hand on the metal case)

this is what u do! you connect your control direct to your ps3. and then you hold the power button for 5 seconds!! the system will turn on!!!remove your finger for a second and hold the power button till you hear 2beeps then remove your finger and the system will shut off!! this is a manuel reset!!! the system will turn back on!! asking u to connect your controller!! you already have it connected. then it will give you about 6 options!! you will choose RESTORE FILES!!! your system will check for your system defaults!! then it will tell you that you have corrupted files!! and proceed with it!!! it will fix if you have problems with your controls,if it doesnt play games, blue ray,if it freeze, system shutting off, icon problems, only playing sertting games or movies!!! if you have problems or any question feel free to ask!! i know is fustrating!!! i did some research and this is what another expert said to do
What I would do is do a clean run over to the videocard.
1. Reseat videocard in pc. (take out and put back in expansion slot)
2. Delete all drivers by doing this... device manager....properties....drivers....delete card from pc.
3. Redownload newest drivers.
If that doesnt work, try updating direct X from microsofts website. Just search Direct X update.
Hope this helps, if ya need more assistance on the issue just let me know.
Hmmm. The blue screen isnt a good think. Even though people say what kind of model a dell computer is, doesnt describe the processor, memmory modules...how much...speed etc.
You need to uninstall your graphics drivers.
Download ccleaner and drivercleaner. Do a scan with both. Do a full driver clean with driver cleaner because it clears the junk out of your registry. Make sure you do a reg backup with both programs.
Now you can restart your computer and install the latest drivers.
the x600 card is a little on the outdated side and can probly run the game on low to medium. Start with 800x600 resolution and turn aniostropic and antiliasing off. Turn everything off that you think is necessary, start the game, and see how it runs. Download fraps so you can see your fps. If you get about 60 than you can turn a setting up. If you get 30 or lower, turn your settings down.
I hope this helps. Please contact me if you need any further advies. I also want to say that you should have at least a gig of memroy and hopefully 2 gigs to play the game at good settings.
You should try to reset the game data by hitting home and rest while playing your game, if that doesnt work go to Wii main menu, THEN hit reset button on the Wii system. And that should do mthe trick it worked for my family!
