Sharp AR-BC320 NIC Default Login & Password

I have accessed the web interface for this printer. However, when I try to access the NIC settings, it asks for a user name and password. Does anyone know the default login and password for the NIC settings?

The problem is the printer used to be on a domain and there are several settings, such as DNS, that I need to change. I had to go through the printer's LCD to change the IP address to work on our network, but I cannot find any more advanced settings in the menu. I assumed from the beginning I would have to work mostly in the web interface. Until I have these settings fixed, I cannot scan-to-email. Please help!

    I cannot login to the user interface on the web, the old computer guy set it up and he didn't give anyone the information, any ideas on how to reset this??

Hello connie_durha, Thank you for the clarification. Try the following:
  1. Type the ip address into your web browser and press enter.
  2. A printer information page will appear for your Sharp printer.
  3. There should be a section for email (it might be labeled "sender").
  4. A login box may popup- login name is admin / password is Sharp
  5. Once you are in click "add."
  6. Fill in the required boxes and optional if necessary.
  7. Once everything is filled in click "submit."
  8. Your email address should now be added to the printer.

You can reset the nic card password by ressetting the nic card to factory defaults, custom setting, key operator, 00000 , print settings , network settings, reset the nic, default password is Sharp

I have a Zebra 140XiIII that has a blank display. The printer has an intrnal NIC and I can still ping it, bit I can't telnet into it. It will not print. I don't know what to do at this point. Thanks!
You might try returning the printer to factory default settings.
I have seen printers get 'bugged' up from power hits. And have seen the nic card ability to access through the internal web page, but not able to access the printer settings page.
If you know the IP address, http the web page of the printer. See if you can see just the Nic card, or completely into the printer setup.
If you have to place a password, it is 1234(factory default password).
If you cannot see the internal setup of the printer, then I would default the printer

How do you reset the admin password for web login access on the Sharp AR-M237?
You must delete the printer and all software and reinstall. maybe a Tehnician can be PERSUADED to give you the default passwords.

The factory default of Administrator Name is “ADMIN” and Administrator Password is “xxxxxx” (the last six characters of the printer MAC address).

Looking for a reset code for sharp ar-bc320
The default key operator access code on that machine is 00000
with this code you can enter network settings and change ip and subnetmask to your new requirements.

If this doesnt work you can get keyop password by entering simulation mode and get service report which has user code on it.
