Handycam downloading I purchased a Sony Handycam. I have two Macs and had to purchase additional software to be able to download. My problem is: is there a way to set the handycam so that when I download the clip it does not take forever? I am downloading a two minute clip and it is still downloading after 65 min.

You will need to connect the Handycam to the desktop computer using the cable that was supplied with the product when purchased. You will also need to install the software that came on a CD/DVD with the Handycam when purchased. This will allow you to "rip" the video from the tape to your hard drive on your desktop computer.

Hi, The application and drivers are not installed properly, reinstall the software from the CD along with the handycam. Its just a software problem.Or click here to download the required software. Thanks.
