Please visit the Lexmark website to download and install the Lexmark X8350 Driver on your computer. Select your operating system, download and execute the file. Follow the instructions on your computer screen.
The Lexmark X8350 printer does not come with a USB cable (to connect the device to your computer). You'll have to provide your own cable. You may contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for assistance.
Push the ALT button and then the PARK LOAD button to back the paper out.
Push the PARK LOAD button to reload the paper. The Ready light should now be blinking.
Use the MICRO up or down buttons to adjust as needed, making sure that the top of form is set on the very first page that enters the printer. Typically, the top edge of the first sheet of paper should be even with the ribbon.
When the page is lined up properly, press the START/STOP button. The printer will record the current position as the top of form and then feed paper to the tear off position.
Use the MICRO up and down buttons to place the top of the paper at the tear off bar.
After the tear off is positioned properly, press the START/STOP button twice to save the tear off position.
Test the positions with a sample print job. If the alignment is still off, follow this entire procedure from the beginning again as needed.
You can download the Lexmark X5495 driver from the Lexmark website for free. Go to this link Lexmark X5495 Drivers. Select your operating system by clicking on change OS.

Download, execute the file and follow the instructions on the software.
