Where is the menu button on this machine? We want to make some modifications (turn off RX Reports) and no on e can find a menu button on this. I have lifted up the cover over the speed dial buttons and gone through everything marked in there but no menu or on/off RX.

Lift upper cover ( the cover that has lcd, buttons on it ), beneath you will find two small screws, unscrew, detach lover plastics and remove spring from separation, pull it out - new in, put back the spring and that is it.

that is a heater error. the fuser asm. that melts your toner on to your paper. it is not coming up to temp. in time.
sorry to say the only way is to replase it. if you go on the internet googal canon 2050p fuser you can order one
