Have the same problem myself (although I'm not sure what the cause is). You'll probably have to change the screens (I'm currently still experimenting if I can clean up or reset the connectors to the screen).

Sounds like the phone is defective..Contact your cell phone provider to see if they are willing to replace it for you...I believe most company gives you one year warranty for the phone...
Hope that helps

Water damage

Remove the battery and let the unit sit for a day or two. It takes a lot longer to dry out than it seems. If it doesn't work after that amount of time, the water probably did permanent damage. The cell company's regular warranty covers defects, but their premium insurance should cover even water damage. If they don't cover it at all, the repair cost probably isn't worth it if you can get a deal on a new phone. Definitely worth a shot to call or stop in your cell company's physical store and chat them up.

Nokia 5310

It sounds like the LCD screen is dead. If you are still under warranty, get it replaced.

If not, you can buy a replacement 5310 LCD and replace it yourself.

A new 5310 display costs about 20 dollars from ebay.
I wrote a detailed guide to help you put in the new Nokia 5310 LCD screen.

Check it out at the following link for the guide and links to buy the LCD

My wing has a blank white screen with a black scratch

i think your solution to your problems is the T-Mobile Wing Flex Cable that must of gotten is the ribbon cable that allows you to move lcd up and down, the installation of replacing the cable is very hard if you dont know what your doing, trust me your lcd is not broken.

Blank screen on cell phone. Phone still works but I cant see the screen.

if the screen is all white, the inside LCD is probably broke. The V3 razr are being assembled in india with crappy parts, you need to order a new display unit and have it installed or get a new phone, the unit is $45 US and can be bought online through ebay or if you call your provider they should replace it if your phone is still under warranty. The only problem with this is that if ANY of the water damage disks have been set off that voids your warranty, i had that problem and my phone has never ever been anywhere near water in the 11 months that i have had it and had to replace the display unit myself. A good place to get the unit from or have them install one is this guy in florida
