Re: How do I download internal memory of my SVP CDC-7580...
The video output slot serves as a connection point for usb info transfer. you need a cord that's standard usb on one end and the same slot as the camera port on the other. once you plug it up it will automatically be recognized on your computer

You can try to remove the memory card of the camera and insert it to your laptop's memory card reader (if there's any). It will act as a regular harddrive. All you need to do is to copy/cut paste all the pictures of the memory card going to your computer.
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program, such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

If you can't download them you should be able to contact them to try and get the manual and CD that came with the camera. I hope this helps! http://www.svp-tech.com/ Sincerely, Allan Go Ahead. Use Us.
