The problem could be any one of the things mentioned below.

1) It could be that you need more memory. Check you laptop to see what is the maximum amount of memory it will hold and if you can upgrade it to more then do it. Click Start/Control Panel and look for System or System and Performance. Click it and it will tell you how much memory you have. You can go to the website of: http://www.4allmemory.com to see what is the total capacity your computer will hold.

2) It could be that the site you war watching the movie from is experiencing heavy traffic or their site is just slow. When you watch a movie in your dvd player does it stall? If it does it's your computer and you need more memory or you might have a virus or infection that is causing it to be slow and freeze.

3) Some internet service providers have different line speeds and you might have a slow line speed. For example, AT&T sells different line speeds and if you purchase the low end (cheapest) then your download and upload speed will be very slow. If you are watching movies online then the streaming (downloading) to your computer could be impacted by the slow line speed.

Internet issue , web freezes or partially feezes..i,e audio but frozen picture..or audio in slow motion mode

Your memory is constipated from all the ---- you have running in background. Either add more memory, reboot when you have something critical, or add the ad block software to your browser to cut down all pop ins. DO you have an older computer with slower processor? That will do it also since nowadays they load the web pages with so much garbage that it is hard to keep up with for a slower, older cpu.

CANON 600D filming, Freezing video when watching on PC

I had the same problem. The computer was simply too old to play back full HD videos...
You should also try to copy video file to your hard drive to prevent trouble due to a slow access to the SD card. Hope this will help.

Sony Bravia KDL52W4100 52 inch TV that is ghosting

This is a good picture and the tapping confirms some thing I have seen, this model is involved in a recall of sorts--the most common issue with it is around the T-Con board.

It can be bad connections on it or where it connects to the screen unit, it can also be inside the display panel (screen unit) where it cannot be got at

If it reacts to tapping any good shop will find if bad or loose connection outside of the display panel--if inside there is not a way to get in there, entire panel would in that case have to be replaced which usually means its cheaper to buy a new set.

have a expert or a shop look to see if outside the display panel or not.

How do you take a picture of a fast movement?

It depends on the effect you want.
  • To freeze motion, you need either a fast shutter speed, or a fast flash in a dark environment. In less than bright light you may not be able to get a fast enough shutter speed to stop the action. Increasing the camera's sensitivity to light by increasing the ISO will help some.
  • You can blur the motion by using a slower shutter speed and a stable camera. Set a slow shutter speed and put the camera on a tripod or other stable surface, and you can get things like streaking car taillights and star trails. How slow a shutter speed depends on the speed of the subject.
  • You can pan with the subject. Move the camera with the subject, and keep it moving even while the display blanks out while taking the picture. This will keep the subject sharper while blurring the background to lend a sense of motion to the picture.
  • It's either to freeze motion if the subject is moving straight toward or away from you than if it's moving across your field of vision.
