1) Flash the BIOS to the latest one. It's here.

2) Use this driver which is the newest one. Here.

This should fix your issue.

It seems that the card might be faulty. If there were incompatibility problems, they would normally show up under the operating system (Windows, Linux, etc), not during the booting process.
From your description, I suspect that the card's BIOS is corrupt. Try getting a replacement under warranty and see if the new card works normally (it should).

I cant store video files in my kingston 32gb pen drive pl tell about service center in india

Sir/Ma'am
Bigger isn't always Better..... most older laptops out there cannot READ/WRITE or even understand a USB drive bigger than 8Gb (some not even 4)

It may be that your 32Gigger is too big for the PC to handle and b/c this is all a function of the BIOS and USB Controller chipset in the laptop, it cannot easily be changed.

BUT... Look on the Tech sites to see if there is a BIOS update/patch or fix for your laptop to enable it talk to the big USB drives, and Download it if there is.

Then all you need to do is make a DOS boot disk, add that updater file you downloaded, add and edit an Autoexec.bat file to automatically RUN the updater, reboot your Laptop with AC/120/240volt cable plugged in, and boot from the floppy you just made.

Very important: Once the BIOS updater is launched and running, it MUST absolutely finish by itself. You CANNOT and MUST NOT stop it or let the battery die (why you need AC cable)

When it is done, it will tell you to power off and/or Reboot. This can take 1minute or many hours (sigh). When you reboot, the Laptop will read/write your massive 32Gb USB Memstick.

Get the DOS Boot disk here: http://www.bootdisk.com

Upgraded cpu- wont boot

Teresa, if you changed the front side bus to 533, your memory must have the same clock speed. Memory clock speeds are what is known as "backwards compatible" but not forwards. This means that you could put a piece of memory of a clock speed of 400mhz into a system that runs at 333mhz and it will "downclock" the memory, but you could not put a piece of 333mhz memory in a 400mhz fsb pc and expect it to run. one of two things will happen, the system will not boot at all or the syetm will downclock the processor to a slower speed. In your case your cpu must be 533mhz clock speed with pc4200/533mhz memory to function correctly.

Conflict between Promise Ultra133 and SATA RAID controller

Check that your RAID controller and onboard SATA controller aren't in a compatibility mode. You can put them in this mode while you have no SATA driver installed in Windows.

This tricks Windows into seeing the SATA drives as regular IDE drives. Your BIOS then has a spasm when it see's another IDE controller there, and just uses the card instead.

Make sure the SATA drivers are installed first, otherwise anything SATA will stop showing up. (and your Windows just won't boot if it's on a SATA disk and you take compatibility mode off) =-]

Unable to install XP sp2 on Intel D865GBF Motherboard

Maybe having trouble with a device, remove any pci or agp cards and usb devices, use built-in video until installed.

Set bios to defaults, make sure bios is latest version.

I have found this happens with a promise ultra-100tx2 and any nvidia video card.

May be a bad install cd, if you can boot it with a dos or win98 disk/CD, copy xp i386 folder to hard drive install from i386 folder on hdd by running winnt.exe

I have installed xpsp2 on about 10 d865gbf's and 2 days ago installed xp sp3 on one with no problems. may also be bad mobo.
