The main phone is usually the receptionist phone and it is port 000. Try using # 402 at that phone and see if the display reads " logical 000 and physical 000 ". Then use # 652 to set the time. Let me know if you need any more info on setting the time. ....mitelmike

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Hello, Lori -

I assume you either filled out a Change of Address card at the post office branch through which your mail was delivered prior to your move or you submitted a change of address online:

I suggest you talk with the Postmaster for Sedalia, Missouri. This is the phone number:
Ask to speak with the Postmaster.

Change main number voicemail

There is no default way to do this. The technician that set the system up will need to tell you the code to get in aand modify that wav file. There is no way to do so by default, it has to be set up, and can be anytihng.

Look at your config, for a short code that goes to a "vociemail collect" with the name recordings.....that is the code you use to modify.

How do I change the time on a 4412D+ avaya phone?

Assuming that you have a Merlin Magix and not an IP Office. You will need to do this on a 4424LD+, not the 4412, though.

Changing time on a Merlin Magix/Legend.

I can't change the main greeting for our office line..

Unfortunately, Office systems are all controlled by a central system that requires an administrator to make changes such as recording the system answer menu, creating menu systems, etc. This is usually done by the I.T. department or private contractor. Sounds like maybe you have a gap in personnel. If that's the case, you'll need to call Nortel for support. Thanks for using Fixya!

The incorrect name being displayed when you use a preset number

The side buttons is programmed as extensions
To change the extension names follow these steps :

If you are using the KX-T7730 phone on a Panasonic KX-Txx 308 or 824 system.
From the Switchboard / Main telephone ( usually ext 101, 10 or 9 ) with the handset on the cradle/hook :
1. Press PROGRAM * # followed by the system password ( default is 1234).
2. Now press 604 and then SP-PHONE. Enter the jack number you wish to change ( 01 is extension 101, 02 is extension 102 etc. ).
3. Enter the name ( basically the same as texting on a cellphone ). Press AUTO DIAL / STORE to save your change.
4. To go to the next extension press SP-PHONE. Don’t forget to press AUTO DIAL / STORE to save your change after each name entered.
5. Press PROGRAM to exit program mode and you are done.
