Hi there, I cannot send anything! Even though my Outbox is apparently empty, it still keeps trying to send "1 of 12". I suspect maybe a hidden file is causing the blockage? anyway nothing can get past it. I have checked all my settings, all OK, and have reloaded Microsoft Office 2007. Have looked at this site, and found suggestion to search .dbx files, but this was for Outlook Express only. Can you help? Not sure which email i supplied when i registered, but please send to firstname.lastname@example.org, as my inbox was dodgy too.

I had this same problem. You need to delete your outbox. When your on the screen that says inbox/drafts/outbox etc. the outbox doesn't say that there is anything in it but it automatically saves all your text messages. You need to delete the ones in your outbox.
Check your sent items and outbox folder to see if the you have any multimedia messages stored using up space...
If not then the image you are trying to send could be too large to send and save... Even though you have it set on Memory Card memory, the phone still uses its internal memory for things like the actual sending if you dont have enough space on the handset, it will show the message above
Hello, wmoore78! Apparently, for some reason, the initial issues posed in chat sessions have been placed in the forum by FixYa. While this is not necessary in our case, as we resolved your issues, it does allow me to communicate further with you. Please take a moment to look at the comment I posted pursuant to our chat session. I have included a great deal of additional reference material for you to keep on hand, which you may find of assistance in the future.
As I haven't seen either here in the open forum, or in response to the chat, any indication that your email did not successfully transmit, I am glad to know that we were successful in solving your initial problem (and a few others along the way)! Additionally, if you could take a moment to indicate that your problem was resolved at a FixYa level by rating this and the chat, I would certainly appreciate it. These ratings are the essential means by which we as experts are ranked and permitted to continue to help others through the FixYa forum. Rating this solution will also close it, to let other experts know that the issue has been resolved and they need not focus attention on attempting to find possible solutions for you. Thank you again, and please do not hesitate to post back through a comment if there is anything further with which I may be of assistance.
Here's the fix if when you send an email attachment from another application it gets stuck in the Outlook Outbox...
Tooks us a long time to come up with it but great to have! It's fixed in Outlook 2007.

It sounds as though there is an email stuck in your outbox. I don't know which email program you are using, but you should be able to open your email program, wait for the error messages to appear, close the error messages & delete whatever is in your outbox.
